Indications: Whether you are questioning your professional choices, feeling the need to know yourself better or looking for the meaning of your human adventure, ikigai is a simple yet powerful way to take stock and move forward in the coherence of your deepest aspirations.
Public: open to all
Sessions: 6 to 10 sessions over 3-6 months
"What makes you want to get up in the morning", "what makes life worth living", "reason for being", - the definitions of ikigai are numerous but all of them have an existential dimension that calls out to us.
Today, popularised by a series of best-selling books, the term ikigai has entered Western culture as "what gives meaning to our life". The Venn diagram with the ikigai at the intersection of the four dimensions ("what I love" / "what the world needs", "what pays me", "what I am good at") is the most common representation.
Finding your ikigai is an introspective, rich and creative process.
When accompanying you with the ikigai, my role as a coach is to question you, to make you dig into the themes that emerge and to work on the blocks and fears that limit your fulfilment.
If you:
- are wondering about the direction you should take professionally (retraining, part-time work, etc.)
- are looking for ways to bring more meaning and enthusiasm into your life
- want to know yourself better and understand what is important to you
ikigai coaching may be a solution for you.

Online: you work at your own pace at home with the help of your ikigai book that you receive at each stage of the follow-up. We meet online via Zoom to review and unblock any situations if necessary.

- 6 coaching sessions (2x90 min + 4x 60 min)
- ikigai book with exercises and methodology
- Video or audio recording of the Zoom sessions
- Support by email
- Possible additional sessions at a preferential rate
