Narrative approach
Magna in sit cursus aliquet. Neque massa laoreet volutpat eu phasellus.
Introduction
Created by Australian psychotherapist Michael White and Canadian psychotherapist David Epston, the narrative approach enables individuals to decentralize their problems, to consider other perspectives in relation to them, and to reconstruct a more appropriate and supportive story. Its distinctive feature is that it considers the multiple facets that continue identity, rather than a central self.
Although this approach was initially restricted to family therapy, it is now used in the helping and support relationship by psychotherapists, business coaches and social workers.

I consulted her for my fear of driving, which was becoming increasingly irrational following a car accident. I really liked her very gentle approach, respectful and attentive to my needs. In just a few sessions, I could feel a difference in my approach to driving and felt more serenity and confidence. I highly recommend her.
My son had suffered from migraines for several years and after a few hypnosis sessions, he no longer has them! As for my daughter, she went for help with her lack of self-confidence, and the sessions did her a world of good.
My son was struggling academically, organizationally and with a loss of confidence. These few sessions enabled him to take control of his schoolwork with clarity and pass his exams.
We can explore the various possibilities during a 15-minute phone call (free of charge). Please feel free to make an appointment via the online diary.

This depends on the therapies and your supplementary insurance.
Generally speaking, Hypnosis is not reimbursed as it is not on the list of 590 pricing methods (the Tarmed equivalent of complementary medicine). However, some complementary health insurance companies, depending on their contracts, have decided to reimburse this approach. It's up to you to check with your complementary insurance company. Naturopathy and Touch for Health, on the other hand, are therapies listed in the 590 tariff and are more widely reimbursed by complementary insurance companies, but you should check with your insurer.
My training courses total more than the minimum hours required for ASCA certification. In addition, I continue to train every year. You can find details of my training on the "About me" page.
You can book an appointment by telephone, or via the multiple "book an appointment" buttons that give you access to the online agenda. I offer face-to-face consultations at my practice as well as remote sessions via videoconference for hypnotherapy and coaching.
